10th May 2008 - Although still in the Baby Puppy class Ronin Sip of Scotch (Lola) won her first Reserve Bitch Award at a Championship show.

5th May 2008 - Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) had his first show in Minor Puppy and won the Reserve Dog and Minor Puppy of Group. Thank you Nikki for doing a super job showing him!

April 2008

27th April 2008 - Ronin Sip of Scotch (Lola) won Baby Puppy in Show at the Central Boxer Club's championship show. She also made the final cut for the Bitch Challenge at only 5 months old!!! We are so proud of Lola, it was a lot of running for a baby and she loved it. Keep an eye on the site for photos from the show.

26th April 2008 - Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) won Baby Puppy of Breed and Baby Puppy of Group at Caboolture Kennel Club in Queensland.

13th April 2008 - Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) won Best Baby Puppy of Group and was in the final two for Best Baby Puppy in Show at Pine River's Kennel Club Championship show. Well done Magnum, Karen and Nikki!

8th April 2008 - Tonight Ronin Finn Mccool (Finn) owned by Sally King passed his first obedience test with maximum points in every category! Well done Finn we are really proud of you and would love to see you competiting in the ring alongside your Mummy Memphis.

4th April 2008 - At only 5 months old Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) won his first Best Dog award at a championship show!! The same day his kennel mate Gidget won Best of Breed to become Australian Champion Bonnemme Dancin UpaStorm.

March 2008

23rd March 2008 - We are very proud to announce the arrival of Sanlian Poppin Up At Valeska (Bubbles) at Ronin Boxers. She comes to us from Jillian Plant of Sanlian Boxers in Auckland. For more photos and information please click here.

21st March 2008 - Ronin Sunbeam (Memphis) competed in obedience again today and won another first!! It was a big entry with some keen working dogs.

17th March 2008 - Lots of little pieces of information have been added all over the website. Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) now has his own page on the site. A boxer puppies wallpaper has been added to the downloads section.

12th March 2008 - The Upcoming Litters Page has been updated with more information about the litters happening this year. Not long to go now until the next puppies will be on their way!

9th March 2008 - Update photos have been added to Memphis and Ronin's puppies' page.

2nd March 2008 - It has been a BIG weekend for show debuts. Ronin Sip of Scotch (Lola) went to her first Championship shows and won 2 Baby Puppy of groups and a Baby Puppy in show!! There is a photo of Lola's win on her page Not to be outdone Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) went to his first shows in Brisbane and won Baby Puppy of Breed and a Baby Puppy of group! Magnum is loved and owned in Australia by Karen Martin and Nikki Conway.

21st January 2008 - Ronin Sunbeam (Memphis) went with me to our first obedience competition. We took first place in both the classes we entered, despite feeling a bit out of our depth. See her page for more details.

7th January 2008 - Ronin Sip of Scotch (Lola) has performed beautifully in her 8 week assessment and is officially staying!

19th December 2007 - A new dog has been added to our current dogs, Ronin Duel of Denial (Cleo).

26th November 2007 - Ronin Tamu Tandia at Zubeda (Tandia) whelped 7 puppies, 3 dogs and 4 bitches, sired by NZ Gr & Aust Gr Ch Valeska Lock Up Ya Daughters who is owned by Lloyd Harrison of Valeska Kennels in Auckland. This litter is bred by Fiona Broadbent of Zubeda Kennels in Taranaki.

12th November 2007 - Ronin Life In The Faust Lane (Sooty) whelped 5 puppies sired by Ch Sanlian Scotch on the Rocks bred by Jillian Plant of Sanlian Boxer Kennels and co-owned with Lloyd Harrison of Valeska Kennels. There are 3 boys and 2 girls. See their puppy page for photos.

9th November 2007 - Heromiari Faust at Ronin (Imp Aust) (Ronin) has sired a litter of 9 puppies, 4 males and 5 females, from Camino Tuscany Superb bred and owned by Debbie Magon of Camino Boxer Kennels in Hastings.

27th October 2007 - Ronin Sunbeam (Memphis) has 8 puppies. 5 boys and 3 girls. See their puppy page for photos.

12th October 2007 - Ronin Life In The Faust Lane (Sooty) has had an ultrasound scan which showed 5-6 puppies. See the photos from the scan on their puppy page.

25th September 2007 - Ronin Sunbeam (Memphis) has had an ultrasound scan which showed 6 puppies, that means at least 6 as sometimes the puppies hide under the ribcage. We have puppies' first video.
