29th November 2008 - We had lots of fun showing in Taranaki alongside a lovely entry of boxers. It was also great to catch up with people we don't get to see very often. Ronin Sip of Scotch (Lola) won her 7th CC (only 1 to go!), Best of Breed and New Zealand Bred of Group and under the same judge Aust Ch Kellynda BlendOf TheBest (Imp Aust) (Cash) won Reserve Best of Breed and his second CC in New Zealand. As an added bonus dogs in other breeds I "puppy puzzled" as babies did very well, including Best in Show!!
16th November 2008 - Another terrific weekend of showing for Ronin Sip of Scotch (Lola). She won two more CC's a Reserve of Breed, Best of Breed and New Zealand Bred of Group. A new photo has been added to her page!
12th November 2008 - The Ch Sanlian Scotch on the Rocks (Reuben) X Ronin Life In The Faust Lane(Sooty) puppies are one year old today.
9th November 2008 - After another successful weekend Ronin Sip of Scotch (Lola) is now halfway to her New Zealand Championship title with four Bitch Challenge Certificates and another Best Puppy of Group. In Australia Ronin Drunken Encounter With Sanlian (Imp NZ) (Toshi) won Baby Puppy of Breed over flashy babies. :-)
2nd November 2008 - This weekend Ronin Sip of Scotch (Lola) won her second Bitch Challenge Certificate, meanwhile in Australia Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) won two Reserve Best of Breed awards and Best Junior of Group at his first shows in the Junior class.

27th October 2008 - The Ronin X Memphis puppies turn one year old today!!
25th October 2008 - It was a great day at the Manawatu Kennel Association Championship shows. Ronin Sip of Scotch (Lola) won Puppy of Group and Reserve Best of Breed at both shows, and her first Challenge Certificate. So she's on her way towards being a New Zealand Champion. Not to be outdone, Aust Ch Kellynda BlendOf TheBest (Imp Aust) (Cash) won the Reserve Dog Challenge.
22nd October 2008 - Lola's critique from The Central Boxer Club Championship Show 2008 has been added to her page.
21st October 2008 - A couple of lovely Elvis X Sooty update photos have been added.
20th October 2008 - A new page has been added for Ronin Drunken Encounter With Sanlian (Imp NZ) (Toshi) who has gone to live with Karen Martin and Magnum at Bonnemme boxers in Queensland.
19th October 2008 - Aust Ch Kellynda BlendOf TheBest (Imp Aust) (Cash) won Reserve Best of Breed and his first Dog Challenge in New Zealand.
12th October 2008 - Today Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) won Reserve Best of Breed and Reserve Dog Challenge over strong competition. He also had his first auscultation by a cardiologist and tested murmur free (HT0), he is two weeks off one year old so will be re-tested again soon.
9th October 2008 - I am excited to announce a new arrival at Ronin Boxers!!! Aust Ch Kellynda BlendOf TheBest (Imp Aust) (Cash) has come to have a holiday with us thanks to his wonderful owners Kellie Poole and Gary Feil in Queensland Australia. 26th September 2008 - Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) won Puppy of Group under specialist judge Judy Horton of Intrends Boxers in Victoria.
22nd September 2008 - Ronin Outrageous Fortune (Imp NZ) (Pascale) has flown to Australia to live with Janet Halliday and Susan Badman of Boxberry Boxers in New South Wales. Best of luck, I am sure that spunky girl has a big future ahead of her

20th September 2008 - We had another super day showing! At The Boxer Club championship show Ronin Sip of Scotch (Lola) won the Reserve Bitch Challenge, Puppy in Show and Best Brindle. This show had the biggest entry of the specialties we have been to recently. To add to the excitement I won the award for Best Handler of the Day!
10th September 2008 - New stand and head photos have been added for Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum).
9th September 2008 - I am back from the Boxer National, what an amazing experience. Everyone in Australia was very welcoming and the club did a super job putting the show together (even though they couldn't control the weather) Unfortunately because of the poor weather I didn't get many photos, but the ones I did get are excellent and I'll hopefully be adding a page for them soon. Thank you for all the emails I am working my way through them now, if you don't hear from me in the next couple of days you may want to "prod" me again.
5th September 2008 - Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) placed 3rd in a large puppy dog class at the Australian Boxer National. It was fantastic to be there to see it and thank you for all the lovely comments on him.
2nd September 2008 - I'm excited to announce that I am heading to the Australian Boxer National!!! I won't be around to answer emails or phonecalls until the 9th September, I will start working through the backlog as soon as I get back.

25th August 2008 - It has been a fun weekend at the shows! In New Zealand Ronin Sip of Scotch (Lola) had her first Championship shows as a Puppy and won RBCC and Puppy of Breed at both of them. In Australia Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) won Reserve Best of Breed, RDCC and Puppy of breed.

17th June 2008 - Korrandulla Spoton Cheers at Ronin (Sophie) had her ultrasound today and is definitely pregnant! A page for photos and updates of this litter has been added here.
15th June 2008 - We'd like to congratulate Bubbles' daughter on gaining her Australian Champion title, she is now BIS AUST NZ CH Sanlian Elusive Dreams at Denem (Imp NZ). Lucie is owned and campaigned by Paul McArthur and Cathryn Murdoch of Saxonee Boxer Kennels in Queensland, Australia.

7th June 2008 - Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) impressed us all at the Queensland Boxer Club Show by coming 3rd in the Dog Challenge lineup (at 7 months old!) and going on to win Minor Puppy in Show. For more details view his page
1st June 2008 - EMAIL CATASTROPHE I had a problem with my computer and it lost all my emails. I have gone back to my last backup but this does mean I have lost about 6 weeks of email. If you have emailed me during this time I welcome you to resend the email or send a new one.

17th May 2008 - Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) is now on his way to his Australian Champion title. He won Best of Breed and Dog Challenge Certificate at just 6 months old!

10th May 2008 - Although still in the Baby Puppy class Ronin Sip of Scotch (Lola) won her first Reserve Bitch Award at a Championship show.
5th May 2008 - Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) had his first show in Minor Puppy and won the Reserve Dog Challenge and Minor Puppy of Group. Thank you Nikki for doing a super job showing him!

April 2008
27th April 2008 - Ronin Sip of Scotch (Lola) won Baby Puppy in Show at the Central Boxer Club's championship show. She also made the final cut for the Bitch Challenge at only 5 months old!!! We are so proud of Lola, it was a lot of running for a baby and she loved it. Keep an eye on the site for photos from the show.
26th April 2008 - Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) won Baby Puppy of Breed and Baby Puppy of Group at Caboolture Kennel Club in Queensland.
13th April 2008 - Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) won Best Baby Puppy of Group and was in the final two for Best Baby Puppy in Show at Pine River's Kennel Club Championship show. Well done Magnum, Karen and Nikki!
8th April 2008 - Tonight Ronin Finn Mccool (Finn) owned by Sally King passed his first obedience test with maximum points in every category! Well done Finn we are really proud of you and would love to see you competiting in the ring alongside your Mummy Memphis.
4th April 2008 - At only 5 months old Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) won his first Best Dog award at a championship show!! The same day his kennel mate Gidget won Best of Breed to become Australian Champion Bonnemme Dancin UpaStorm.

21st March 2008 - Ronin Sunbeam (Memphis) competed in obedience again today and won another first!! It was a big entry with some keen working dogs.
17th March 2008 - Lots of little pieces of information have been added all over the website. Ronin Memphis Meltdown (Imp NZ) (Magnum) now has his own page on the site. A boxer puppies wallpaper has been added to the downloads section.
12th March 2008 - The Upcoming Litters Page has been updated with more information about the litters happening this year. Not long to go now until the next puppies will be on their way!

19th December 2007 - A new dog has been added to our current dogs, Ronin Duel of Denial (Cleo).
26th November 2007 - Ronin Tamu Tandia at Zubeda (Tandia) whelped 7 puppies, 3 dogs and 4 bitches, sired by NZ Gr Ch and Aust Gr Ch Valeska Lock Up Ya Daughters who is owned by Lloyd Harrison of Valeska Kennels in Auckland. This litter is bred by Fiona Broadbent of Zubeda Kennels in Taranaki.
12th November 2007 - Ronin Life In The Faust Lane (Sooty) whelped 5 puppies sired by Ch Sanlian Scotch on the Rocks bred by Jillian Plant of Sanlian Boxer Kennels and co-owned with Lloyd Harrison of Valeska Kennels. There are 3 boys and 2 girls. See their puppy page for photos.
9th November 2007 - Heromiari Faust at Ronin (Imp Aust) (Ronin) has sired a litter of 9 puppies, 4 males and 5 females, from Camino Tuscany Superb bred and owned by Debbie Magon of Camino Boxer Kennels in Hastings.
27th October 2007 - Ronin Sunbeam (Memphis) has 8 puppies. 5 boys and 3 girls. See their puppy page for photos.
12th October 2007 - Ronin Life In The Faust Lane (Sooty) has had an ultrasound scan which showed 5-6 puppies. See the photos from the scan on their puppy page.
25th September 2007 - Ronin Sunbeam (Memphis) has had an ultrasound scan which showed 6 puppies, that means at least 6 as sometimes the puppies hide under the ribcage. We have puppies' first video.
